The Rajasthan Government Health Scheme (RGHS) provides health insurance to specific categories of beneficiaries in Rajasthan, including serving and retired state government employees, state autonomous body employees, ministers, MLAs, and ex-MLAs. Eligible individuals receive cashless medical facilities, including hospitalization and OPD medicines, with coverage based on Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) package rates. 
 
Eligibility Criteria:
Serving and Retired State Government Employees: This includes employees of the state government and state autonomous bodies. 
 
Ministers, MLAs, and Ex-MLAs: Elected officials and former elected officials are also covered. 
 
All India Services: Members of All India Services who are stationed in Rajasthan are eligible. 
 
Retirees on Contributory Provident Fund: Those retired on Contributory Provident Fund benefits are also eligible for free accommodation in government hospitals based on their last drawn pay, subject to availability. 
 
Benefits:
Cashless Medical Facilities: Beneficiaries have access to cashless medical services, including hospitalization and OPD medicines. 
 
CGHS Rates: Medical expenses are covered based on the CGHS package rates. 
 
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): An EMR system is in place to manage patient records. 
 
Coverage in Other States: RGHS beneficiaries can now receive medical care in other states as well, in addition to Rajasthan. 
 
Automated IT Enabled Process: The scheme is supported by an automated IT system to streamline processes.
